Workflow Automation & Auto Response
While email confirmations are the most common form of Workflow Automation, any transaction can trigger events. Alerts, Time-Based communications data updates are some of the more common forms.
In addition to the real-time services, the Tourism Engine™ can process batches by the minute, hour all the way up to year. Batches are a great way to send Leads to Industry Partners, deliver invoices, send reports or perform data cleansing. They are driven by the data configure in the web-based interface. And they have error handling with alerts.
Batches are created daily (or by bulk rate limits) and delivered to mail solutions as prescribed. If you need confirmations for circulation in advertising contracts, Tourism Engine™ can automate getting postal confirmations.
Industry Partner Reporting
Automate the monthly reports that go to Industry Partners. If you have an extranet, they can get that information and query their activity. Your sales team and staff can also see the activity enabling them to support, sell and administer.
Transactions are captured in Profiles and Behaviors with some standard fields like name, email, address and the rest. You can add custom fields to Profiles and Behaviors to capture unique data like Interests, Audience segments or communication preferences.
Your data lives in the Amazon Cloud. That means anything with an internet connection can send transactions to the Tourism Engine™. As the industry develops new technologies and what's next, your options for integration remain open.
Service Level Agreement
The Tourism Engine™ will be available 99% of the time except for planned outages. Our staff is available from 8 am to 5 pm MT by phone 855-466-3969 or email (email@example.com). Cases will be addressed within the hour but problem resolution may take longer depending on it's complexity.
The Tourism Engine™ requires an annual commitment and is billed monthly at a flat rate or based upon transaction volume. Prices include training, importing historical data and all standard components.
