Internet Honey Gets Certified
We are happy to announce that Internet Honey is now a Google AdWords certified company.
R.A. Burrell, principal and owner, has been certified for years and Dan Orley, internet marketing specialist, has just completed training and passed the certification. This makes us one, certified company. There are only about a dozen people certified in the state of Colorado.
Internet Honey has been managing AdWords accounts for a significant amount of time with the ability to create them from scratch and now we can brag that our company is certified in the ways of Google AdWords.
Why is this certification such a big deal?
Well, for one it shows that we're dedicated as a company to training in the fields that are important to our clients. Secondly, we believe it demonstrates our dedication to the development of our entire team, not just individual development.
And even though we're a small company, we have the same certifications and go through the same programs as much larger companies.
So join us in celebrating this monumental occasion!

The Tree House Ribbon Cutting and BBQ
We had a blast at the latest Internet Honey BBQ. Close friends, significant others, clients, and vendors descended on our new office space.
We expanded because we needed more room and leased a loft next to our office space.
Affectionately called The Tree House, it has a full kitchen and bath. Nice for longer days and noon bike rides.

Two New Fresh Faces Join Team Honey
Internet Honey is excited to announce that Team Honey is growing. In one week we're lucky enough for Dan Orley and Katey Bailey to join us in our interactive marketing adventures.
Dan Orley comes to Internet Honey with a military background, having served in Iraq on two tours. He'll be spending his days marketing our clients organically and through pay per click.
Katey Bailey has had many years of experience in sales and account management. And she's GOOD at it - really good. She'll be using her talents to delight and cater to our exceptional clients.

Governor's Tourism Conference Results
The Internet Honey team had a blast in Grand Junction.
We met with many important players in the Colorado Travel & Tourism industry.
The conference is a great time to establish these relationships.
It was also an important opportunity to spend time with clients without the hectic pressures of our work-a-day worlds interfering.
The team invited attendees to come by our booth for a free honey bear.
The honey bears are private labeled at "Internet Honey".
It was well received by attendees and we had a lot of fun with it.

Internet Honey Gets PSA
Professional Service Automation (PSA) software makes us more efficient and effective with our time.
After all, we are time.
The PSA installation will take quite some time.
But, we're devoted to the installation because we know the results are very valuable to our clients.
PSA captures our time while we work, making time entry a snap.
Invoicing will look slightly different.
One of the most important conveniences is Service Request Capture.
Internet Honey gets many requests throughout the month; registering domains, fixing links, checking metrics.
It's a larger list than even we realized.
Now we can capture these tasks directly from your emails (or phone calls) for both of us to see.
This allows you to see what we're working on, what we're waiting on, and your part in that.
It's very difficult for something to slip between the cracks.
PSA isn't cheap, but we're very excited about how it is improving our relationships.
Renee Hanback is spearheading this effort.
Her diligence to projects and attention to detail make her the perfect champion for PSA.

Governor's 2006 Colorado Tourism Conference
R. A. Burrell went to the conference and met with industry players discussing the current trends in travel and tourism Internet marketing. One of the popular topics were the niche markets in tourism. Heritage tourism and culinary tourism received much attention. This market segmentation supported many of the marketing campaign strategies Internet Honey has planned and executed for clients.
